Three Little Fishes
We all know that in Saxie Dowell's novelty song, popularized by Kay Kyser, the little fishes did what their mommy advised. That song sneaked into the Kyser movie, "That's Right, You're Wrong," but not as a musical number. A bit of the lyrics and a diagram were scribbled on a blackboard standing in a radio studio. Obviously, a harmless orthographic shenanigan had slipped past the censors. What was the sketch on the blackboard, and what was the naughtiness?

As I recall, although it has been sometime, wasn't there a diagram of the fishies adventures on the chalk board and someone labeled the "dam" as "damn"??

"That's Right; You're Right," Harry Weston.
