How many Zorro films have there been made with Zorro in the title? What was the first Zorro film and what was the last? Maybe name your favorite actor who played the role?

I don't want to make this any more tricky but as far actual movies I think there have four. I exclude the serials ZRA, ZFL, ZBW without a Zorro, SOZ, GOZ the Disney compilations from the TV shows, The Family Channel compilation from the TV show, any animated Zorro, and any foreign Zorro.

Don Q Son of Z which did feature papa Zorro although both pa and son were played by Fairbanks Sr
Mark of Zorro Powers in great role although actual screen time as Z is way too short
Mask of Zorro with Hopkins as Zorro and Banderas as his protege.
I like Guy Williams the Disney TV Z the best.

Tony......... how could you forget the "classic" performance by George Hamilton as Zorro, The Gay Blade and Douglas Frey in the Erotic Adventures of Zorro? Well over 70 Zorro titles have been registered world-wide and many of those have had three or four different titles each. The Disney Guy Williams TV series furnished material for a few feature compilations. The Zorro serials were also edited into features and released to theaters. TV gave rise to at least six Zorro series and a full length Mark of Zorro adaptation of the Tyrone Power film starring Frank Langella...this production by Fox used the original music from the film. A sequel to the successful Mask of Zorro is in the planning stages.

I sure did forget the Z the Gay Blade. I am not aquainted with Mr Frey's film.

Tony, I think we are all better off forgetting Mr. Frey's film.
